Short Update
I cannot believe we are already in the 17th day
of January. How time really flies. I’m
on my second week of dieting and its kinda going well except I still have the
slight urge to eat like GOOD FOOD but I’m hanging in there. Salad and bread every day is not really that
fun but this dieting have to continue even though it is scary. I’m also in full force workout mode. Not only
do I run and Zumba, I’ve also started Cardio at home as well as weights (light
weights). I just got myself a resistance band and dumbbell and hopefully on
those days I don’t run I can do some workout at home. Technically I have only
about 45 days before my first trip of the year and less than 3 months before
Bangkok and I REALLY wanna look good so YES! Its time to be strict and focus! And
I hate the fact that our office gym is currently close so I’m hoping the
weather is good so I can run at KLCC. So between the workout, tea and diet I hope
that it will work. So STAY FOCUS ASH! STAY FOCUS! Hahahahha And btw I’ve
started a new blog about my journey of working out and dieting. OMG! I have
like 3 blogs to update constantly! Maybe I should just consolidate into one…. Which
would make life much much easier! Like seriously much easier! Something to think
about….
Oh yeah I was on Tinder for like a day and I’m off again! I hate
the fact that people are on tinder only for sex. Its kinda sickening. So I decided
to Deactivate and Delete again! I think until I find out what I want in life I shall
stay away from Tinder or any dating sites, despite all those advise from my
friends to still be on it. Its super tiring. Like seriously!
