2012 and 2013 Plan Travel Trip

I just came back from my 7 days 6 nights trip to Koh Samui and Koh Phangan and i am already planning for the rest of the year and next years trip.

Confirm Trip:
November 2012: Bali (5days 4 nights)

Plan Trip
September 2012 : Jakarta
December 2012: Singapore
January 2013 : Siam Reap
March 2013 : Krabi
then its
Laos and Bangkok (heared Luxx Silom is kinda cool)

Or maybe i can do Bangkok this year , that would be nice wouldnt it ?
