... its ok to come to work late, have extended lunches, Facebooking  during working hours or even do personal things during working hours because you earn less than everyone else...

I dont remember doing all that while i was earning less than everyone else or is it a double standard thing, when one thing is ok for one person but not for another. Weird right?

A promise i made to myself is that i will not say anything anymore.. keeping my mouth shut.. after all i just work here right?
