Bye Bye 2017 Hello 2018!
Somehow I don't think 2018 is going to be any different then
2017 . I'm still focusing on health and weight . Eating healthy, continuous
exercising and just taking care of my health. Losing another 5kg has always
been a challenge but this year challenge accepted. In february I'm gonna start my
first spin class. Not to sure how that is going to turn out but no harm in
trying, i tried a few classes in 2018 and didnt really fancy any so I guess lets just try and see how it goes. Am gonna keep doing at least 4km a day run or walk on those days I dont
have any zumba and not forgetting those dreaded floor exercise. Ok I'm not a big fan of plank and squats but I guess as you grow older you need to put some efforts. So much hard work.
This year i promise myself i have to at least do 2 things
that I've never done before. Definitely gonna do that Stand Up Paddling. Lets
see the 2nd half of the year for the another "first time". I might wanna do a short tubing trip with the gals sometimes this year and try Skytrak with my niece. Not sure how I'm gonna do in the height area.
Oh yeah ive decided to errr do the book challenge this year.
I need to really stimulate my brains. Ive kinda decided which challenge im
gonna take so wish me luck!
I'm gonna be a super adult here and gonna try and travel less this year and save more... I think
this is the biggest challenge this year since travelling is my escape. Ok and plus i
don't have much leave left so Yikes! So far i've only have 3 travel destinations confirmed. Gonna do Java Jazz in March in Jakarta, Padang for Mama's Birthday and also Hari Raya in Phuket. Mr F won this contest last year where he won RM24K worth of travel vouchers that can be used for 2. He wanted to go to US but I still have some reservation on the Visa part so I'm just leaving it to him to decide. (oh Yeah who is Mr F? i know i promise to blog about him) Will definitely do a dedicated Post on him.
